From Eric Clapton to Emmylou Harris, from Vince Gill to James Burton, from Jools Holland to Joe Bonanassa, everyone sings his praises.
As Clapton succinctly put it “he’s the greatest guitarist in the world…the ultimate virtuoso”….a sentiment endorsed by Vince Gill, “he’s one of the finest guitar players who ever walked this earth.” The accolades are huge, many and extraordinary.
So no surprise to find the celebrations for Albert’s 70th Birthday crammed with top drawer musicians wanting to pay their respects.
